This position is working as a candidate for the restaurant manager (tencyo) in the future, but people who are inexperienced welcome!
In the beginning, you will learn about kitchen work and basic customer support. Then, you will get training creating a shift for part-time workers, sales management, and also store management.
After 6months or 1year or as soon as you can, you will be in charge of the restaurant manager.

-People who can read kanjis(elementary school level)
