* There are many projects such as condominiums, educational facilities, medical and welfare facilities, and the main sites are in Chiba prefecture.

・Educational background: Japan Vocational school, college or above
(After joining the company, you will need to have an educational background in Japan because you plan to obtain a qualification for first-class building construction management)
・Department system: Department of Architecture
・Japanese level: JLPT N2 level or higher (level with no problem in internal communication)
・Must: driving license (can be obtained by the time you join the company)
